Pros
I learned where to purchase items that cannot be sold on the up and up at great prices. Also learned to be a Project Manager although I was hired to be a Interior Designer.
Cons
Don;t expect to get paid what you were promised. Also I had to bed my different contractors to not leave in the middle of a job I had sold; because the owner of the company would not pay his contractors. Meanwhile I built the relationship with the client and felt so guilty. I ended up working for no pay!
