* miserable pay * the team is not welcoming. they also talk about you in front of you but not directly to you * management is not nice and friendly, but rather cold and dismissive. they threatened to hire someone else when I just tried to discuss my salary and did not say hi even on my the first day * have to check in your breaks (2 10-mins ones and 1 30-min lunch break). not allowed to rest past these nor use your phone even 5 mins before the end of the work day * no one takes their 2 10-mins breaks, so you feel like you are supposed to either * no cafes or restaurants nearby, so you have to doordash or take food with you. also no healthy snacks at the office * health insurance coverage starts 3 months after they hire you, and 401k after a year * do not even think of showing any negative emotions
