Business outlook
Pros
Flexibility in terms of hours. Considered good hours for retail sector. Most colleagues are nice and respectful.
Cons
Sales Misappropriation, abuse of authority, poor leadership, toxic environment, lack of teamwork, unethical firings all created by the Store Manager who takes care of the retail store at Scotts square. Management does not bother about feedback and allows these toxic behavior to continue.

- Conducive, neat and clean environment - Mostly wonderful colleagues - Very well stocked pantry - Regular company paid lunches and gatherings
Cons
- Benefits not comparable to MNC - Poor business outlook - Stagnant salary and/or no variable bonus if company fails to perform - Euro based company but local management mindset - Management set a standard list of rules but sometimes don't follow themselves. - From above points, this could have led to high turnover rate (allegedly)
