      All reviews are Fake, just don't believe or you will regret!!

      Pros

      Nothing as such, because they believe in trial and error concept. They want that you must be using a magic stick to bring business to the company but totally unrealistic approach. This may be good for the developers but not for the sales individuals.

      Cons

      So many are there, no PF, 6 days work, 6 months long probation period with only 1 leave in a month.

As far as reviews are concerned, people in the IT industry are sensible enough to directly contact our employees as well as customers to get real-time feedback and be rest assured for making a decision to join us.

      Pros

      My immediate manager was very helping. Employees are honest, fun loving people

      Cons

      Top management doesn't give a damn about their employees. I have seen almost 6 employees fired in period of 2 months. Company follows hire and fire policy. Company operates under three name. Right way Solutions, Mobicommerce and DesignNBuy.

      Dear Friend, First of all, we do not operate under 3 names. All the companies that you have listed are individually registered and operating independently with an exclusive workforce. We have very employee-friendly policies and our top management is very supportive and believes in leading by example. Employees are only asked on leave on the basis of poor performance and lack of commitment towards their job role.
