I am giving 2 stars because you will definitely learn how to handle pressure and understand real sales expectations, which can help you grow professionally.

Sharing my real experience to help others. DesignNBuy management follows a very aggressive performance approach, especially in sales roles. If you are not able to show results within 1–2 months, your job can be at risk. The biggest challenge is that you don’t get enough time to properly understand the product, market, and sales cycle, but still you are expected to perform quickly. If you are an experienced sales professional, please make sure you fully understand their expectations before joining. The learning period is very short, and they expect you to be fully ready within a month. Also, I would suggest future employees clearly discuss and understand the bonus structure, performance targets, and job stability before joining. This review is based on my personal experience and is shared to help others make informed decisions.

Go on and check the reviews you will get the cons. Every positive you will see is fake and has a pattern to it because they add positive reviews to just make their picture good. Just read the negative review and you will get the reality check. No worklife balance, they treat you like slave, your job is always in risk and most importantly they prefer spoiled & unfaithful people over loyal and calm people because this match their personality. Don't believe me-- please join and experience by yourself and you won't find a single word wrong. Ofcourse I have to put this review because this is the worst company I have ever worked with.
