Pros

- Lots of flexibility - Great benefits and perks. - Friendly, welcoming and supportive team who genuinely enjoy working together. - Fast-paced and varied work, meaning no two days are the same. - Leadership are approachable and open to feedback, with a genuine desire to continue improving the employee experience.

Cons

As a growing business, there are times when priorities shift quickly and not every process is fully established, but this also creates opportunities to influence change and make a real impact

Pros

Opportunity to work on high-profile design projects

Cons

The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is completely disconnected from the well-being of the staff. Over the course of two years, I watched a collaborative team dissolve into infighting due to extreme pressure and a lack of support. Multiple colleagues suffered mental health breakdowns because of the environment. Management is overbearing and micromanages every detail, yet refuses to take accountability when things go wrong. Success is claimed by the boss; failure is blamed on the team. One-man bottleneck at the top. Sign-offs never happen because the owner cannot let go of control. This leads to constant bottlenecks, extreme overtime, and a culture of blame. The fact that almost the entire team has left within a year of my departure speaks for itself.
