      Great colleagues but challenging management style

      Great people as officemates, lots of learning from the management, 4 days a week in person

      Cons

      Manager/owner likes to micromanage without even realizing it. Problematic when angry. Can’t take constructive criticism—often will be nice to you when you give your opinion but 8 out of 10 times will most likely talk bad about you to other people behind your back.

      Working at Designblue helped me thrive creatively as I was part of a close-knit and inspiring team. I was immersed in the realities of working in the design industry, sharpening my skills and having more conviction and confidence in my creative decisions. They have an awesome client pool which opens to lots of opportunities working with the big ones.

      Fast-paced and high-pressure as do other great design agencies.
