Pros
DFJ is a non-profit organization that provides immediate employment to women in vulnerable situations for a few months to help them gain permanent employment with local businesses. They don't hire many permanent employees but the ones they do are typically quality women and it can be an uplifting environment. The best part of this job was mentoring women to become the best versions of themselves and grow professionally and personally.
Cons
Some cons are that they don't have enough room to have many permanent women. Not always a space to give honest feedback to positions higher than yours.
