      Thanks for your feedback! I'm sorry to hear that our benefits were not adequate for you. We offer medical coverage to all of our full time employees and cover 50% of the cost of the plan. Unfortunately as healthcare costs have continued to rise it was necessary for us to switch from covering 100% of the cost of the medical plan to splitting the cost with employees 50/50. We also offer a generous 401k match that is immediately vested for all of our full time employees. Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback and good luck in your future endeavors!

      Learning about appliances is valuable information Beautiful showroom Great team of people to work with

      Cons

      No options to WFH even when many days out of the week less than 3 customers would stop in and most of sales are made over the phone Pressure to learn quickly and thrown into the role within a month without any prior excperience Training program was still being built out, had it been more established my experience would've been different Drama at times within the workplace
