Good company with growth, company culture, and fun activities It’s been 4 months since I joined the company and it’s been a great experience. Colleagues, management, and HR department, everyone is supportive. No dearth of work and projects as they keep coming in and give an opportunity to enhance skills and learn something new every time. Work-life balance, good compensation, and good salary. Cons. It took at least a week for my confirmation but that’s worth it.

Pros

I feel more supported and comfortable than ever. The company cares for every employee’s growth on both personal and professional levels. Though I’m in the UI team, I never feel any sort of pressure from fellow colleagues. The work environment is good, the salary is competitive, and there are fun activities for refreshment.

Cons

It’s been just a few months for me, so I can’t literally comment on it.
