- Low pay - Remote location - Noisy, dusty hot working environment - Very suppressive culture, operatives are treated like prisoners, you have to wear a wristband all the time - You should not have free will while working here. You are not allowed to chat or social with others, cannot go anywhere except your work station. No freedom at all - There are management people that wander around all the time to monitor the workers as if they are stealing from the company - If you encountered with any problem or if you needed something, you cannot try to fix/get it by yourself or find your supervisor proactively, instead you and your team should just wait for god-knows-how-long until your supervisors spot you - You are not allowed to set up your work station layout at your easiest or the most convenient way that you can benefit from saving time reaching out for the parts - You are not allowed to start or prepare for the upcoming job until your teammates finish theirs, again you should just stand and wait. Ridiculously time wasting while they always push for efficiency - One of the supervisors has no patience at all, impolite and rude, only friendly to her own people. Always take away the tools that you are using without asking. - Workers are from all over the world, some cannot understand English which makes it very difficult to function as a team
