I can’t think of any pros.
Cons
They would leave all the female staff in the office while the lads went to the pub for the whole afternoon. They were expected to pick up all the slack and just be ok with it. Horrible employer. Avoid.

We are a small team which means you get to know your colleagues and build great relationships. You learn so much on the job. Super welcoming and friendly team. Reduced hours during school holidays.
