Abundance of leads Commission eligible from first day and attainable within first couple of months Healthy work environment Tech team works fast and fixes your problems fast Shallow learning curve Commission break downs at end of the month Quality support teams in place During peak season inbound calls can be non-stop

Cons

Every couple of months you'll work a 4 hour Saturday shift There is a short slower season

Pros

Easy line of communication with team leads/managers Your voice and opinions will be heard and taken very seriously. Professional office but a genuine group of people who care about one another. I can personally attest to how I feel very appreciated for what I contribute to the team in a way that similar fields can’t compare. Earning potential is realistic and fair and once you established a bit of tenure and a few recurring clients, it’s very realistic to start the each month with most of your seat cost covered meaning everything you earn after it’s been reached is calculated for your commission payout. This is a job that can set you up for success in a very shaky economy right now. If you’ve got sales experience, this will undoubtedly be the best position for you because the system is set up for you to succeed

PTO is not unlimited Remote work from home is touch and go but trends in the right direction
