      No Clear Vision and Mission No Clear Planning Highly Selfish Leaders 1947 Culture Management Folks have Fake Faces They say quit 9-5 job, but you will have meetings anytime between 7.00 am to 11.00 pm HAVE FRUITFUL MEETINGS. Don't waste time on long meetings. Stupid interview process Too much Micro at all levels Stop spying STOP FIRING OR FIRE WITH PROPER REASONS OR DON'T HIRE IF NOT NEEDED DO NOT USE AND THROW THE PEOPLE OUT
