      Pros

      Working on several projects getting many exposure on things I haven't handled before. Also, they provide a great learning platform which I can take work-related and non work-related courses.

Great place to grow and learn, especially through hands-on project involvement. Learning Opportunities – HR provides access to learning platforms like Udemy to help improve skills and career growth. Growth-Oriented Culture – There's plenty of room for professional development. The company values feedback and continuously looks for ways to improve staff welfare. Performance Reviews & Bonuses – Annual reviews help track your KPIs, and performance is rewarded with bonuses. Innovative Projects – It's exciting to be part of projects involving new technologies and implementing fresh features. Respect for Autonomy – As long as you have discipline and a good attitude, you’re trusted to manage your work without micromanagement.

      Cons

      Not really a major con, but since this is a startup, some processes are still evolving. Depending on the project phase, you might occasionally need to put in extra hours—but it’s manageable if you can manage your time well.
