Pros
DAG is continuously giving best opportunities to their employees. 1) We have flexible time of working even flexible position, 2) Every month learn new about our department in seminars, 3) Salaries never an issue in DAG, 3) Colleagues are friendly, 4) Working experience is different here DAG is a playground where we come and play and learn. Atleast i don't want to leave this company for next Many years.
Cons
Management is very supportive, but sometimes management took some unaccepted steps and in earlier stage we feel it's not good but always we the decisions fully worth and totally in favor of company and employees
