A very good environment and management. Very flexible working timeframe and a possibility to work remotely. You can start or continue your carrier here to investigate modern development technologies. A good training+learning policy, financed by the company. Production-based development without deadlines and pressure.
Cons
Not sure it would be a nice position for a very senior developer. Anyway, your skills will be limited to technologies used in the company so you will need to learn more in your free time to grow.
