      Horrible Experience, Don't care for employees

      Pros

      1. Company provide daily Snacks

      Cons

      1. No professional growth 2. Employees are treated as labours 3. Boss is always right work culture (No new ideas/solutions are encouraged) 4. Bad infrastructure and rats in office(some time employees need to share computers as well) 5. No separate toilets for gents and ladies 6. Company dose't care about its employees (That is why company has very high attrition rate) 7. Salary is always a question mark. 8. Company polices keeps on changing as per management benefits 9. Late night working and no compensation for OT also. 10. Need to do all work except you are hired for.

      Most people were great to work with, Friendly atmosphere

      Cons

      Not very professional in work, Company does not care about its employees only profit. Company will do anything to get product out the door. Company policy isn't flexible for employee.

      Rats in Office

      Pros

      Good technical team including the delivery managers. Daily snacks in office.

      Cons

      No real direction from the management. Not a flat structure. They follow - 'Boss is always right' philosophy. RATS in office. They fall over you when you work. There are rat droppings all over. The kitchen area also has rat droppings where they prepare tea everyday. No special toilets for ladies. This leads to very uncomfortable situations. And their HR. Don't try to talk to him in English, he will fail to understand. Its funny. Not sure if he is a HR or just office boy.
