Pros
- Being able to work remotely 100% - Learning new tools to use with the software - Every day is an adventure
Cons
- Although remote work is great, you never see anyone face to face - The benefits are poor - Some of the personalities are strong and don't get along with others - No sales, means no new customers, means having no job - No growing to other positions in the company - So much more to add here
