What I love about my work at DCI is the great opportunity to apply on the job my tenured skills set and professional BPO expertise having ben in the local industry for 11 years now. The moment I got assigned to sales, biz dev, account management or quality assurance task I'm merely briefed and the workload itself provides the required training. I feel respected and trusted this way.
Cons
The main challenges at DCI is keeping the client happy to stay and engaging experts for the campaigns.
