Good Company.

Pros

Work is very easy when you start off. Not much to learn. Company is expanding rapidly. Good place to gain experience.

Cons

Upper management has a hard time keeping their word. Started over a year ago and was promised new work trucks. Still driving the oldest truck in the company.

Cons

Do not expect to get promoted if you do not kiss your supervisors rear end. They nickle and dime you to death Very unprofessional You are lucky if you get a truck that doesn't look totaled Management and supervisors do not like it when you have an idea for change Was told that I would get paid extra for completing training and never did Was told that I could do training and the website was always down

Very Safety oriented. Frequent raises and evaluations. Good work/home life balance. Respectful and helpful UPPER managment.

Cons

Monotonous work. Power hungry middle/lower managment. Low to low middle class pay. Lower/middle managment has terrible relashionship with employees.
