Pros
I have been working as the full-time PHP developer for more than 2-years with different aspects of the developing knowledge like Core PHP, WordPress and different frameworks etc., with field of multi-projects. The work is interesting, and my manager is open to letting me take on areas where I have interest in, which is amazing. I feel like a person, not just a number. The amount of generosity around the entire company is astounding.
Cons
A lot of the work has to done on project based, so independence work is more and so I can’t deliver the project on-time.
