      Pros

      Progressive company who values employees as much as premium product. Many long-time 20+ year employees in the mix along with talented new hires, all focused on winning every day. Tremendous growth mentality for both KPI's and personal growth.

      Pros

      Nice staff below management, clean office and parking.

      Cons

      Creative department is a dated PC environment. Did I mention dated. Lack of innovation. So many new programs to help manage artwork out there and they use a wonky spreadsheet to barley keep track. Work approval is bottle necked, communication between teams and coworkers is weak. They don’t even use creative briefs, the server is extremely disorganized and upper management takes on too much work which allows for a faulty system.

      Good for first sales position but not long term

      - Good product and company vehicle

      Cons

      - management will place unrealistic goals and hold you to them. - no work life balance if you have a family - compensation is good for someone out of college who doesn't have to provide. - no guarantee of cost of living adjustment or inflation.
