Seems like there is a history of the management making empty promises to employees concerning benefits/incentives. Blame has shifted to the owner of the business. There is a relatively high turnover rate from several departments (lab, human resources, executives). I don't perceive much stability in my colleagues because of dissatisfaction with pay.

Pay heed to the other recent reviews, they are spot on. The owner does not know how to run a company yet gives no power to any one else to make decisions. He is so blinded by his narcissism that he doesn't realize that he is sabotaging his own company. He does not follow through on his promises at all (even written) and loves to boast. If you choose to interview or even work there take the things he says with a grain of salt. Sadly this company is a sinking ship and there isn't anything anyone can do because the owner insists on making all decisions seemingly without listening to anyone. He is rarely in the office which turns out to be good because he is a very unpleasant person to be around, most employees actively avoid him. Unfortunately this means things take forever to get done (if it all) because he is the only one that can make decisions. There are no raises or bonuses even if they are promised to you, so be aware of that. Most positive reviews here or on other sites were from current employees (at the time) that were forced to do so by the owner to pump up online ratings. Beware!
