They're also open about past missteps and genuinely working to improve. Overall, the vibe is better—more supportive, more collaborative, and more focused on making this a place where people feel valued.

Every company has its challenges. Being a small business, those challenges can be even more nuanced. With that said, there is a clear effort to improve past practices, listen to the pain points of the employees and make changes for the better.
