Don't bother

Pros

I honestly can't think of any. I suppose it's employment if you need a job and you get to meet people and try to make them happy.

Cons

Reading previous posts inspired me to write this review. I found the boss (Chris) to be very cold and unsupportive. Everything was about maximizing efficiency even if it meant poorer quality service. Pay was piecemeal and sometimes amounted to less than minimum wage if the workload was light as you still had to be available.

Horrible Employer!

Pros

Better than telemarketing - slightly.

Cons

Very poorly run business. Horrible management. No help once on-site. Preferential treatment towards family & friends. They charge a ton, employees make very little. If you enjoy listening to Matt and Chris talk about their home upgrades and fancy sports cars while you're getting paid 3 or 4 hours for a 7 - 9 hour work day, go for it.
