- Great work environment unlike my previous jobs, everyday is a new day. - Clear career progression, I got promoted to trainer in 10 weeks.
Cons
Long hours. Sometimes a day can finish a bit later than other days.

This is the perfect role to kickstart your career while developing valuable transferable skills that will benefit you in any industry. You’ll build confidence, communication, leadership, and people skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. P.S. This is my personal opinion after working with them for around a year.
Cons
It’s a fast-paced environment that requires consistency, resilience, and strong self-motivation to succeed. Walking also can be a problem for some people that only worked in an office.
