Growth opportunities.....if you’re willing to wait that long
Cons
They try to sell that you’ll be a business owner and have 6 figure in only ONE YEAR, but you literally sell cans of wax at a gas station! There is no work life balance! You never see your family or friends. The manager is self centered and careless of her team! They took a 19 year old across the country to work for them and fired him with no facts or reason! And worst of all there are no benefits! And the pay is 100% commissions! So good luck with that
