      Pros

      Direct hire, good remuneration and health care. HR department easy to contact and generally do best to accommodate. Personal experience has been good, others have different opinions. Still one of best employers for drilling offshore Australia.

      Cons

      Can be ruthless at times. Length of employment or company loyalty not always rewarded. Competition is heating up for drilling, may fall behind others for pay and conditions.
