1. Worst management . 2 . They will expect their employee to work 16 hour and pay 18k to 23k. 3. They dont have money. They are totally dependent on clients. So if client dont pay for a month they will not be able to pay salaries . 4. Some new peoples came in management department. They are having 15+ years of exp in mnc and joined diatoz for 13lpa. I mean what , Is it because they dont have technical knowledge or they are not fitted in MNCs so That they are ready to join For 13LPA 5. In management department. Only founder is having technical knowledge remaining all VP , Managers They dont have even basic technical Knowledge . they are such DUMB that they thinks that if they are in that position of VPS MANAGERS. They can do anything. They can fire you. They can say you anything. They dont know anything thats why after 17 years of exp in IT. They joined diatoz for 13LPA. I means you can understand why. .? Also they spread fakes news and says bad about employees to Ceo that result. FIRING 6. INTERNAL POLITICS - one of the worst thing in this so called startup is that politics. The employees of first batch except few northies and 1 or 2 south peoples Remaining everyone is. Worst. They dnt want any one to survive there. they do boot licking of ceo so that If they dont like you they will pinch ceo managers to fire you . They will not Let you to Survive there they will play dirty games and let you out of company 7. MOST IMPORTANT - finance head here . He dont know even ABCD of accounts. DISGUSTING 8. They dont value their employees hardwork they dont respect them . You can get FIRED anytime anywhere 9. They plays with employees future and career. They will not let to stablize youself in any technical Skills they will ask you to change your technical skill. Every month such that you cant be perfect in any one of them such that you can not leave diatoz then also You can not learn or grow there neither technically nor financially. IF YOU ASK ANY COMPUNSATION or if u request anything if management is not agree for that Then Next moment they will arrange a meeting and they will say that you all are CO OWNERS of this company. They will play emotionally with you . 10. Whatever reviews ratings are there on google glassdoor they forces their employees to Give good ratings good reviews its all fake just for sake or fear of firing they have posted good reviews. They will Scare you and force you to give good ratings reviews or else they will fire you . 11. If you are new joinee if they puts you in any project team there if any old developers are there who do Boot lickings of management then they will not Give you opportunity to work on that project , they will Not give you responsibilties then afterwords they will say that you have not contributed. CONGRATULATIONS. YOUR ARE FIRED OR IN REVIEW. (basically pay cut)
