company will consider your words when you are suggesting something for company development. I am writing this review in an upset mindset, I am unable to bring the pros. I will update more later.
Cons
work-Life balance can't go worse than this. You won't be having time for your personal life. Many companies use to claim on their career page to ensure Work-life balance. But here they will make fun of work-life balance. only Second Saturday and Fourth Saturday Holiday. But not for all, Most people work on Saturdays and Sundays. And No Allowance also for working on non-working days. all are freshers so they hesitate to speak up what they feel. The company takes advantage of that. low Salary, So everyone will be waiting for their appraisal but I am feeling they are delaying appraisal knowingly but made it looks like some unexpected thing happened. There will be some drama happening always. these Cons are true to my knowledge and the company you can do a fact check.
