Pros
The founder is a good man. Laid back atmosphere. Somewhat flexible on arrival working hours. Pay is very good. If you get a bonus it's very generous. (You pay a price for all the good stuff)
Cons
A few miserable attorneys and staff members that seem to get away with making a hostile environment for other employees. They like to keep these type of people around. Some employees get away with stuff others cannot. You work for anyone who gives you work whether they are your bosses or not. You can work for 6/8 attorneys at any given time. Long hours.
