Dice Communications is a great company to work for. Smaller sized, but quickly growing team feels like family. Senior management is young and fun, preach a healthy work-life balance but are also committed to the growth and success of the company. If you put the effort and do your work you will have plenty of flexibility, independence, and you will find opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Due to growth spurts, you may end up wearing more than one hat at times. This may be a good thing as you could be exposed to multiple facets of the business and possibly widen your career interests or opportunities. Maintain a great communication cadence with your peers, be honest, have a positive attitude and you will excel here.
