Pros
In spite of the owners, the employees have managed to make the company somewhat successful. The engineers and operations teams put in long hours to keep their jobs.
Cons
Owning a company does not qualify one to run a company, and the owners are proof of this. They are a married couple that do not communicate, and often contradictory directives come from both. Maturity and poise escape them. I have been on the receiving end of an expletive laced tirade for issues I had no involvement with. An alarming turnover rate, the senior employee in the home market has been there 3 years, she is the assistant controller. Next is marketing, 1.5 years. All operations, customer service, and sales in the home market have less than a year with the company. Two of the three senior engineers have left the company in the past year. The remaining one is the owners brother.
