      Possibilities and opportunities abound. Great industry to be in.

      Cons

      Unable to create a strategy and implement. Love chaos. Too much dishonesty in this company from the top down. CEO literally rolled a pair of dice to see who of 3 employees would be fired. No loyalty or concern for general employees.

      When I was there, there were no pros. If only current employee's knew the truth of these people. You need to ask about the employer turn around ratio.
