Pros
Great startup to contribute alot. Lots to learn through exposure from different industries. Everyone is working hard to get this rocket ship going.
Cons
May not be suited for those not open to fast paced environment, which comes with typical startup pressure. Not much benefits as well (for now at least during the early stage).

Full Work-From-Home setup. A fast-paced environment with plenty of growth opportunities. Immediate and helpful feedback to keep you improving. PTO and Internet Allowance
Cons
The company does not offer the traditional benefits typically provided by local Philippine companies. The fast-paced, startup environment brings its own set of pressures.
