Pros

Barely any pros. If you’re a family member or close friend then they will like you.

Cons

There are a couple nice people here. Though the rest of them aren’t the nicest. I got picked on quite a bit for being mixed and was called mutt and mixed breed, my team lead also would constantly try and set me up with different coworkers which would then lead to making fun of me because all I wanted to do was do my work and go home. I never have a problem in my daily life talking to people but when you can’t take a hint that I don’t want anything to do with inappropriate interactions or talks I won’t be taken advantage of. They also ran me around to do other people work, I’ve tried talking about this with higher ups but nothing was done. I don’t mind helping if someone’s off but when it comes to it being everyday while that person is riding around in the company van, not ok! There was one day where I had been sent to do someone work in the morning and then finally got to go do mine I didn’t go on break on time so when I got off break later than normal I got told I wasn’t allowed to do that and that if I was late for break I shouldn’t have gone on it. Now I’m working full time I GET a break! The next morning I was told off and was told that my feelings didn’t matter so I turned my badges in and walked out. You must probably say I’m sensitive, but there comes a breaking point when you’re being treated a certain way. Don’t work here they don’t care about any issue you may have especially if it’s with someone they like more than you!!
