Organization has a wonderful mission with many opportunities for movement and upward growth. There are some core long term employees in various departments, very invested in the mission which helps to keep you going when you feel overwhelmed.

Certain department leadership does not demonstrate true investment in the mission or equity in how the employees are evaluated, held accountable and compensated.
