Pros

A lot of potential. Founders really listens well and are pushing to create a successful business.

Cons

Rest of leadership is a disaster the Product executive and Marketing executive seem to want to be in charge of everything and try to influence every decision instead of worrying about what each person does. It really then falls down to others who don’t want to let go and work together. The product team in general feels very very bitter and Marketing feels the same. It’s really time to find people to lead. If you can’t get out of the day to day and trust your employees then you either hired the wrong people or you shouldn’t be in a position of leadership. Enough with all the fake thank you’s on slack.

Thank you for expressing your thoughts. We value your recognition of our potential and the founders' commitment. We're surprised not to have received any direct critiques from you during your time here, whether to managers, HR, or the founders. Very few people are voluntarily leaving the company and our cooptation rate is very high. Your feedback remains essential to us, and we appreciate your commitment to our collective success.

Pros

There are many good people who want to make a difference.

Cons

Leadership, they seem to want to listen but no action. The company's direction, it is so unclear. They will say one thing but their actions, completely opposite. Also, they bring on wrong people. These new ones, they don't seem to care about culture and they are so over aggressive, they won't want to work together. Something, it needs to change.

Thank you for expressing your views. While we appreciate your recognition of our dedicated team, we would like to address some of the concerns raised. We respectfully disagree with the perception of our leadership and the clarity of the company's direction. It would have been great that you shared this concern with HR or the founders as we have never heard of this type of feedback. We are committed to open communication and actively seek to align our actions with our stated goals. Regarding team dynamics and culture, we value diverse perspectives. While change is a constant, we are dedicated to maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment. Very few people are voluntarily leaving the company and our cooptation rate is very high. We encourage you to engage with HR or your manager to explore these concerns further. We remain committed to continual improvement.

Pros

Remote working politics Offices in the center of Paris

Cons

Very poor management which makes people leave - if they're not kicked out before No transparency and no meritocracy is still alive - no understanding on why some people are kept and some others have to leave They are solving their financial problems by firing people every 2/3 months. Products name, design, presentations change every 6 months which make all the employees feel there is a lack of long term vision by the management.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We value your positive comment about our remote working policies and central office in Paris. Your experience, as described, concerns us deeply as it does not align with our core values and nature of our company. We sincerely regret that this has been your experience and want to emphasize that it does not reflect the broader culture we strive to cultivate. When it comes to product changes and financial challenges, a company sometimes has to make decisions for the success of the company, while protecting people, that are not always unanimously supported. However, these decisions are made with adaptability in mind, and workforce changes are approached with careful consideration. Your insights guide our ongoing efforts to improve. We encourage you to connect with HR or your manager for a more in-depth discussion or, if you prefer to remain anonymous, to express yourself and ask questions through the internal channels available to you and designed for this purpose.
