      Pros

      Helping people feel and look good. Clients are fun and really appreciate us. You leave each day knowing you make a difference. The franchisees are nice to work for and look for ways to do special things for us. Lots of time off for the holidays.

      Cons

      Some weeks you have more client sign ups than others. It's really based on how many people you have calling in and sometimes you can't control that.
