The best part was watching clients transform. The programs really do get the weight off clients. They would be down on themselves and within a few weeks feeling so much better. We got free products so we could work on our own weight and no weekends. The corporation offered a very generous commission program so the more people you help, the more money you would make. My commissions always were higher than my bi-weekly check, so it was like getting 3 checks a month instead of 2 on a regular job. My husband was transferred out of state where there was no DC or I would have stayed with the company more years.

Some clients did not follow the program, so you felt like an adult babysitter. When the clients do it, they get fantastic results. It was slower in December as not many people want to diet, so that would make for long days.

Loved working with clients. Great pay. Paid holidays and vacation within 6 months of start. They always did special happys for the staff and the franchise owners wanted to support and help you grow.

It is very redundant. You say the same thing and hear the same thing. The center is very busy, so sometimes getting a full hour lunch is hard.
