- Good manager, Willing to guide and protective. Mind you, my manager is the best manager ever and forever! - Basic facilities (surau, clean toilet, pantry, nescafe, milo, sugar, creamer) - Easy to get the public amenities (bus, lrt, foods) - Public listed company
Cons
- Unhealthy ambience (senior staff likely to play politic. If you want to survive, you must know how to tackle senior staff. Directors most likely to listen to diva-act senior staff) - Heavy workload but the director will never see it. - Bad politic. - Minimum benefits. (basic PH, no bonus, only cover RM25 per receipt for medical checkup, no marriage leave, no compassionate leave) - If you do the best, still won't be enough to the eyes of director cuz he trusts too much to his senior staff. - Careful, if the director doesn't like you, he will transfer you to other state or different dept.
