      One of the worst company i have ever worked with in my 11 years of working. They have no clear requirements structure nor the salary structure. They deduct salary giving most unexpected reasons. So be very careful before joining. Get every thing in writing

      Encourage new ideas every tuesday there is a session called "riseup hour" with is good for self growth

      Cons

      There is no time for signoff. It depends on work, like 8-10 p,m. No work-life balance.
