1. Trainings inside this company are paid sometimes amount reaches to six figure.
2. No instructor will be provided to you if you join as trainee, just learn yourself by paying them.
3. For employees, there's no fixed date of salary once your starting 45 days of probation ends the salary will be credited after 5-10 days, which is a loss.
4. Company provides annual trips to employees, by asking them to pay at least 2000-3000 rupees, which is unfair.
5. Unfair Deductions: The practice of deducting salary for taking earned Casual Leave (CL) is in direct violation of employment terms and basic rights. This unethical deduction of wages adds insult to injury for employees already grappling with delayed payments.
6. Hardly accept your resignation, and give unrealistic work to you in the notice period of time so you can't complete the task and they will extend you notice period and deduct the FnF. Sometimes they take almost a year to give your FnF.
7. FnF are distributed like EMI/ sub parts. After your notice period has ended.
8. Holidays are given but not much, sometimes the company is open in national holidays like 15th August or 26th Jan as well, and if not showed up salary is deducted. And Sometimes holidays are given on a condition to report on next Sunday, if not salary is deducted.
