Pros

This is non - sense company. Better don't waste ur career by joining this company. No proper management. No latest technology. No process. Better avoid this company. The positive reviews posted here are by HR. Not genuine. You can enquire about this company with current & past employees.

Cons

All. This is not a company at all.

Pros

Hardly any. Looking out asap.

Cons

For the past few months there is a propaganda going on to establish the company in the market. The managers are asking the employees to write positive reviews about the company. We are being forced to write good things about the company and give 4+ star rating since many people after accepting the offers are not joining the company reading about the reviews. Yes, they are right as well! Guys please avoid this company as far as possible. Talk to any random employee separately and you would know the reality. (The sarcastic smiles of the employees on being asked about the company would say it all). I am trying to get out of this company since its being lead by people who have no clue in what they are doing. Avoid this company at any cost! Its just not about PF component not being added to the salary slip.. Nor is it about the number of employees in the company. Its more about the politics, old age technology, 'nothing to learn' and add value part and most importantly being stagnant in one's growth if one stays in the company. You wont grow if you join this organization. HR is of no use, they just pressurize people to put in good reviews. One should think twice before reading the positive reviews (you can easily make out that they are manipulative). Lies.. blatant lies are spoken not only to the employees but to the clients as well. Unprofessional environment.

Hi Champion, Good day to you. I am extremely sorry and pained to hear your anguish. I wish we could get together and try and solve some of your problems. I will however try and bring my point of view to some of the comments and thoughts you have posted. Yes, it is true that we are going all out to establish our brand as a market leader in intelligence and analytics in the health care market. What we have is unique and beautiful. We have a strong and compelling value proposition that is expanding inch by inch and day by day, creating a market of opportunities that never existed before. I am extremely excited by this prospect and want the world to know this. I am sure you appreciate that making efforts to get recognized and have our presence felt in the real and virtual world is an important strategy. Our employees are our biggest asset and strength. We want them to participate in this journey of ours and believe that they are better and more relevant brand ambassadors in our search for 'Talent'. We will continue to engage employees and ask them to express themselves freely in any forum of their choice. This is not forced. This is in spirit of collective growth and governance. We could always discuss this over a cup of coffee if you are willing to participate and improve status-quo and take charge of things that are not right. Until then have a great year ahead!! Regards, Ruchira

Rubbish Company

Pros

Good paymaster, but unless they pay well, they cannot hire anybody

Cons

Worst infrastructure and even worse management. The so called MD of Digital harbor's qualification is running a liquor company, but since he's the brother of the CEO, its perfectly alright. It's more like a family run business (like a shop) rather than an IT company. So be prepared for all sorts of absurd rules which can be made and changed at the whims and fancies of the "Two Brothers" (not to be confused with the movie "Four Brothers"). And worst part is they think they're the greatest company and have the greates product in the whole world.. You can meet cockroaches, mosquitoes in all areas of the company, so please be ready for that. Maybe there are some snakes also hidden...the MD however believes that this company is equal to other IT companies and wants everybody to believe the same
