Pros

The respect given to creatives is outstanding here. There is a strong shared vision for what's being built and the culture is open and warm. The talent that works here is absolutely world class and there is so much to learn from each person. Everyone on the team gets to make an honest and meaningful contribution to the project, and is valued at a personal level. This feels like the kind of place to write home about.

Cons

Being in a startup studio is not without its bumps in the road, investor goalposts move and communication can only happen so fast between teams, but they handle friction well and never let the team slow down too much.

Pros

Digital Hazard has been a wonderful place to work, and despite the somewhat unconventional early stages of the company, they mean business and really know what they're doing. Everyone here has a wealth of experience and is never afraid to pass that knowledge on, unlike other companies that promote in-fighting for ranks. I can see myself sticking here for a long time to come.

Cons

The company started on a slim budget that forced a very small team for the first year. Sometimes, managers don't give explicit tasks and instead opt to promote autonomy while expecting proactive behaviors.
