Pros

Great benefits package. Very decorative premises. Some supervisors and managers were very approachable and easy going.

Cons

Obvious preferential treatment in every department. Promotions were dependent on who you were friends with and not on your work ethic. Overall lack of company morale. Zero incentives for employees.
