Nice environment to work. Excellent benefits.Teamwork was encouraged. My department had a great manager! Honestly from an employee perspective DLA was the best job I've ever had.
Cons
The only con I have is that the pay was not great unless you moved into a leadership position. I would have never left if I were in a position with a higher salary. Not much growth opportunity grow because the company is still pretty small.
