      You can go if you are desperate for money

      Cons

      - located in Athens, Greece and not Germany - disrespectful senior employees and managers - poor leadership - work life balance? What is this? A joke? They just don’t care AT ALL - bad communication - discrimination policy - lack of appreciation PLEASE, DONT GO THERE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH IS MORE IMPORTANT

      Some of the people who work there are nice.

      Cons

      Incredibly toxic work environment. The upper management is a joke. There is no guidance, no leadership, no vision. There is one specific person who is borderline dangerous and people are leaving because of them. This company is just a monopoly, that's why it's popular in Greece. But it's not worth your mental health.

      Pros

      First of all the company is located in Greece, not Germany. One pro I can tell you: You can quit any time and find a real company which cares and respects their workers.

      Cons

      Most of the upper management doesn't know what their actual job is. They don't have skills and the knowledge that is required in order to make a department work in harmony. One thing they know, is pretending. Also being friends with the CEO helps. Talk about merit.
