Pros
nothing that I can't think of, management is nosy. They're checking your teammate's Slack messages through their screenshot.
Cons
They're not following the laws in the PH where they're based. They're not paying you for holiday pay even if you're required to work during holidays. Also, there's an instance where the managing partner named Faith Natividad fell in love with Miguel (Migs), one of their employees, which is very unprofessional. There's a constant dispute on the payroll. You must avoid this company at all cost.
